The means and time payment is settled
The payment shall be settled between you and your card company on the day both parties agree with. We will authorize and hold the amount of your purchase once you purchase the products.
We will settle the amount when we secure the stock of Hand-made Products or when your order of Tailor-made Products is confirmed with the artisan(s). Bank transfer can also be accepted. Please contact us. All bank charges must be paid by you.
The time when your order is shipped
We will ship out the products within 7 (seven) business days from the day when the order is confirmed.
Cancellation
You can cancel the order before the product is secured.
You cannot cancel the order after the product is secured.

Return and exchange
Please contact us within 7(seven) days from the arrival of the product if you would like to return or exchange the product.
We will refund 90% of the amount if you return the product unused and kept in the same condition as when it is shipped. All fees for delivery and customs clearance must be paid by the customer.
In case the product has defect, we will fix the defect, replace the product with a new one or refund the total amount. Please note, as the products are all hand-made, each product may slightly differ in its shape or color.
When the product has defect, all fees for delivery and customs clearance will be covered by us.

代金の支払い時期、方法
クレジットカードで各カード会社の引き落とし日にお支払いいただきます。お客様の購入申し込みの時点で、クレジットカードの決済枠の確保を行い、在庫商品については在庫を確保した時点、受注生産商品は生産する職人と生産できる旨を確認した時点で、決済します。口座振込をご希望の方は、ご連絡ください。振込手数料はお客様にご負担いただきます。
商品の引渡時期
注文確定後7営業日以内に弊社より発送します。
商品申込みの撤回又は売買契約の解除に関する事項
・購入申し込み~在庫の確保:キャンセル可能です。
・在庫の確保以降:キャンセルできません。

返品・交換
商品の返品または交換は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
・良品は予め当社にご連絡の上、未使用、かつ、発送時の状態が保たれた状態で当社に商品が返送された場合に限り、返金に応じます。返送時の送料、通関手数料はお客様にご負担いただきます。返金にあたり商品代金の10%の払戻手数料を申し受けます。
・不良品は瑕疵の修正、良品との交換、または、ご返金に応じます。手作りの製品のため、一品一品、色・形状等が異なること、代替の良品が確保できない場合があることをご了承ください。 返送・交換時の送料、通関手数料は弊社負担とします。
